Edward Jardini, MD
Reanna Clayton, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in the healthcare field. She is recognized for her compassionate, patient-focused approach and commitment to delivering attentive, comprehensive care to individuals and families in the community.
Reanna began her nursing career in 2012 as an emergency department nurse, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced clinical environments. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Administration and Family Practice. Over the past several years, she has focused on family medicine, providing care for patients of all ages while emphasizing preventive care and a well-rounded approach to health.
She also specializes in helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss through personalized medical care, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support — including GLP-1 treatment options — bringing the same thoughtful, individualized approach to metabolic health that defines her overall practice.
